I have been wanting to try these lip products for months but when I went to order them a little while ago, they were back ordered. But they were finally in stock a few weeks ago and on four easy pay so it was meant to be! Lip products are my obsession, I just can't get enough.

This is a trio of the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Quench Lip Rescue available from QVC which is the only current UK stockist of the brand. These retail for £15 each directly from the Tarte Cosmetics website, tax/customs to be added on top so it is much cheaper to buy from QVC as this cost me £28.68, making them around £9.50 each, a total bargain! I had never tried anything from Tarte until a few weeks ago and I am full on obsessed and can't wait to get my hands on more products soon.
These lip products are essentially a super moisturising lip balm with sheer pigmentation, the perfect products for your handbag. The packaging is absolutely stunning with an Aquatic theme and gorgeous bright colours. I was surprised that the outer packaging of the product is actually cardboard wrapped plastic but I haven't noticed any damage to each of them since having them in my handbag but it is something to keep in mind before purchasing.
QVC offers two different shade trios, this is Volume One which includes Berry, Nude and Rose, the names perfectly describe each of the shades. In the bullet, they look so intense but on the lips, they are very wearable and exactly what I was looking for. I love sheerer lip products for days when I have gone a little bolder on the eyes so these were the perfect purchase. These are very lightweight on the lips and melt on as you apply them, they really are a drink of water for your lips and super hydrating from the vitamin-rich formula with a blend of essential extracts and oils.
Each of the three shades adds the perfect wash of colour to the lips with a super glossy finish. As these are lip balms, they aren't the most long lasting product in the world but they are worth it in my opinion. They last on the lips for around four hours before needed to be reapplied. Not only is the finish super glossy, but they are also very smoothing on the lips, my lips look flawless when I wear them. Even though I have been wearing each shade a tonne, the one I have worn Berry, this has the most pigmentation out of the three and I love anything berry toned so I knew I was going to love this one.
The only issue I can see happening with these is that they will run out quickly as they really melt into the lips as you apply them but then that is weighed out with the fact that QVC sells a trio instead of individuals and you get more product for your money ordering from them. If you are looking for some gorgeous sheer yet incredibly hydrating lip balms, I highly recommend these! They are also vegan-friendly.
