The Body Shop Face Mists Review

Ever since The Body Shop has gone back to being a fully cruelty-free company, I have been desperate to try out some of their products again. I will only personally purchase cruelty-free products and now so I have a lot to catch up from The Body Shop! These Face Mists caught my attention as soon as I saw them online and I knew I had to try them out.
The Body Shop Face Mists Review
One of the newest launches from The Body Shop is the Face Mists. There are five different ones available and I picked up three of them to put to the test. I have been really impressed with them so I will definitely be picking up the other two soon. These are on the more affordable side at £6 each, I actually got mine on a 3 for 2 deal so I thought £12 for three was brilliant! Each of the mists is a 60ml size that's perfect to keep in your handbag, I have a small crossbody bag and they hardly take up any room.

The first of the three that I have is the Strawberry Smoothing Face Mist. This is really impressive for a face mist! It is suitable for all skin types and is going to help refine the skin texture while leaving the skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. I have never used a face mist that actually has smoothing benefits but this one actually works! I have quite uneven skin and this does such a fantastic job! It smells absolutely delicious and it's very hydrating on the skin.

The Coco Calming Face Mist can be used on all skin types but it has been designed with dry and sensitive skin in mind. This has a light coconut water scent and has become my go-to mist to use after using a slightly drying face mask. As I do have acne-prone skin, I like to use a lot of clay masks and this instantly comforts the skin. Whenever my skin is feeling uncomfortable and extremely dry, I always grab this for instant relief.

The final of the three is definitely my favourite and it's the Mint Mattifying Face Mist. This is a must-have product for me now and I would recommend it to anyone with oily skin. This is very cooling on the skin and has a spearmint scent, I kind of do wish it was a peppermint scent though if I am honest! This is a fantastic makeup setting spray or as a refresher for throughout the day. Whenever I notice that my skin is looking oily, rather than applying more powder to my face I have been using this instead and it works fantastically! It reduces excess oil almost completely but it isn't drying on the skin.

All of the face mists from The Body Shop are 100% vegan, cruelty-free and makeup friendly. The spray on each of the mists is great too as they don't soak the face but they apply the perfect amount of product in each spray.  Each of them obviously does have fragrance in them so if you are sensitive to fragrances this is definitely something to keep in mind. But it is worth noting I have quite sensitive skin and I haven't experienced any irritation since using them.
