If you read my blog by now you might know how much I love Christmas and Benefit so when the two combine I almost explode with excitement. Benefit packaging is by far the stand out with its cuteness and at Christmas the packaging is even more perfect. Ever since I saw the promo pictures for this blush palette, I knew it had to be mine as soon as I found it for sale and it was love at first sight.
And the award for the cutest packaging goes to...Benefit! The theme of the gift sets this year is sweet shops. All of the gift sets look like little shops with the triangular roof and all. The attention to detail is incredible, even the sides of the box have little pictures adding to the sweet shop theme. The outer packaging has the same as the actual tin on the front but on the back of the outer packaging is a picture of the six blushes, brush and highlighter that is included. This is the first time that Benefit have put all of the box o' powders in one box and I can definitely see why this is going to be a popular gift set this year! The actual packaging of the palette is made of metal and feels extremely well made. The blushes are actually on a foam insert so once you have used them all up you can remove the tray and reuse the cute tin. Even the inside has a beautiful design with a white background with little sweets all over.
The six powders that are included are; Dandelion, Bella Bamba, Sugarbomb, Hoola, Coralista, Rockateur. Also included is a Watt's Up Highlighter. Each of the powders is 5 grams in size, if you was to buy Rockateur on its own in full size it is actually 5 grams so this set is incredible value for money! All of the powders have an amazing scent too which is a great touch. My favourites from the palette so far is Hoola and Rockateur, I have fallen completely in love with these two and can understand why everyone loves them so much.
Also included in box is a little leaflet with a bit more information about each of the products, how to use each of them and also the ingredients is listed in the back. I think this is such a nice touch as if you was to gift this to someone who is new to make up, they can learn the best way to use each of the products.

I can't recommend that you pick this up enough (or maybe put it on your christmas list) the value for money is amazing. Considering Rockateur is full size which retails for £23.50 and this palette is on sale for £29.50 for an extra £6 you get all these beautiful products and not to mention the gorgeous tin. I managed to get this for £26.50 as John Lewis had 10% off so if you do want to get this, keep an eye out for the 10% off. This palette is currently available from Debenhams, John Lewis and Boots (Boots currently have this on sale for £24.50 - not sure if this is a pricing error or a discount).
What do you think of this palette? Will you be purchasing it this year?
