Collection has been one of my favourite high street brands for years but for some reason I have never tried their blushes. I can't believe it has taken me this long to give them a try because they are amazing. With the Summer finally making an appearance these couldn't have arrived at a better time. Cream blushes and shimmery cheeks are my favourites for days in the sunshine.
Swatched: Blush Brick, Bronzing Brick and Speedy Blush in 02 Cheeky.
Cream/Stick blushes have always scared me slightly because I always feel like I am going to apply it wrong and end up with a coloured stripe down my cheeks. The Collection Speedy Blush in 02 Cheeky* is what I would describe as my perfect cheek colour. Not too pink and not too peach, the perfect combination of the two. I apply it directly to the cheeks and take a fluffy brush and blend it out. These blend so easily and effortlessly which makes I am not going to end up looking like a China Doll. Once applied to the cheeks it lasts pretty much all day which I was super impressed with, I am definitely going to need to get another shade in these.
The Gorgeous Glow Bricks might be some of my favourite cheek products I have ever tried. The Gorgeous Glow Blush Brick* reminds be a lot of NARS Orgasm. It is a stunning peachy pink toned blush with gold shimmers running through it. The Gorgeous Glow Bronzing Brick* might be my favourite out of all three in this post. I have been loving applying this too much cheeks for a bronzy look. Both of these powders apply so nicely and even though they are shimmery they don't leave my cheeks looking like a disco ball. I am so impressed with how pigmented these both are, the swatches really do speak for themselves.
The Speedy Blush retails for £3.99 and is available in three shades and the Gorgeous Glow Bricks retail for £4.19 each and are available in two shades.
