These mineral rich bath salts have extracts of arnica, ginseng, white willow and are packed full of relaxing aromatic essential oils of vetiver, eucalyptus, lavender, patchouli and ylang-ylang to help soothe you while clearing your mind. To use these bath salts you simply take the little wooden spoon included and pop 4-5 heaped spoonfuls under running water and watch the water turn blue and fill the room with the eucalyptus scent.

These are brilliant for soothing aching muscles, my dad was in a bit of pain and we convinced him to take a bath with these and he actually enjoyed it and felt much better afterwards! What I love about these bath salts is the feel it gives the bathroom, it honestly feels and smells like being in a spa. Pop on a candle and relax and it is like an evening at the Spa at a much more affordable price and in your own home. I like to pop a little bit of bubble bath in after the salts just to add the bubbles. The water turns such a gorgeous shade of blue it looks like a blue lagoon in the bathroom. These bath salts can also be used for a concentrated therapeutic foot soak by simply adding 4-5 spoonfuls to a warm bowl of water. This would be great for an at home pamper before doing a pedicure.

The tin has such a lovely design on and would definitely be gifted to anybody, male or female. Like I mentioned my Dad loved these so would be great for the man who is always on the go and never relaxes and you never know what to get them for Christmas. The Temple Spa Easy Does It Salts retail for £22 and are available here - link.
