I am an eyeliner feen, I just can't get enough of liquid eyeliners and without fail, I use one every time I wear makeup as I can't be without a wing. These are one of the newer launches from Urban Decay and I couldn't wait to try them out and see what all the hype was about. And as they aren't shades I would typically go for, I had a lot of fun playing around with them and creating different kinds of makeup looks.
These are the Urban Decay Razor Sharp Liners which are available in twenty different shades from a classic black to a liquid gold shade called Goldrush - there is a shade for everyone and every makeup look! These liners are also available in a range of different finishes and I have two shades which have a very slight shimmery finish, one has more of a pearl finish. All of the eyeliners from this line have sleek packaging and if you do have more than one shade it is very easy to identify which shade you are looking for as the top of the packagings colour matches the shade!
The two shades I have are Revolver and Push which are very unique shades to my makeup collection. Revolver is a unique dark grey with slight teal and silver shimmer. This one has good colour pay off but it is on the slightly runnier side compared to many of my liquid eyeliners which I actually prefer as I don't have to keep dipping the applicator back in. Push is a navy blue with cooler undertones and a pearly sheen finish. It isn't quite a metallic finish but it does look like it has a very slight shimmer running through it. This one is on the more watery side of liquid liners so to prevent a sheer coverage, I like to do two layers and it does the trick!
These eyeliners have really impressed me. The brush with these eyeliners is incredibly thin making it so easy to apply both of the shades and have full control. I am not used to using a brush but I actually now prefer it as it is much easier to achieve the perfect wing. These have a water resistant formula and I have to agree as they really don't budge. I did notice that if they do come in contact with water and you rub the area, it peels off but doesn't run which I like. Once applied these eyeliners don't fade and they dry down very quickly.
The Urban Decay Razor Sharp Eyeliners retail for £16 and are available from Selfridges, Debenhams, House of Fraser and more - HERE.
