Too Faced x Kat Von D Better Together Collection

When two of your favourite brands collaborate, you know you are going to be obsessed. This is a collab I have been waiting for, what feels like years, to launch in the UK and it is finally available! Too Faced and Kat Von D have teamed up to create three limited edition kits and sets because, it's better together. When I first found out the prices on this launch, I did think it was a little expensive but having tried the products I do think it is worth every penny! 

The Too Faced x Kat Von D Better Together collection has three different kits, the Ulitmate Eye Collection, the Cheek & Lip Bag as well as the Best Selling Duo of the Better than Sex Mascara and Tattoo Liner. If you are a fan of both brands this is definitely a collection to check out and even if you haven't tried the brands it is a great way to try out two brands for just one price! Everything is beautifully packaged and presented while representing both brands styles. From Too Faced you have all things pretty, floral and sparkles and from Kat Von D you have her classic tattoo art design style and black packaging.

I have two out of three of the sets available. The first is the Mascara and Liner Duo. In this set you get a mini size of the Better Than Sex Mascara from Too Faced as well as the KVD Tatoo Liner in a mini size. If you have never tried these products, this is the best way do it and I highly recommend both of these products, I have full sizes and back-ups I love them both that much! The Better than Sex Mascara is probably one of the greatest mascaras I have ever used in that it does everything. It adds length, volume, holds a curl well and thickens the lashes. I have been using this mascara for years and I am never without one in my makeup bag. The Tattoo Liner is a product I have been using daily for a couple of months now and I have loved since the first time I used it. It is so easy to use to create the perfect winged liner and it is intensively black. Once applied, it never fades or disappears throughout the wear either.

Then we have the Cheek & Lip Makeup Bag Kit. This includes four mini products, two from each brand and some exclusive shades! The heart shapes pouch is stunning, the Too Faced side is sparkly pink with Jerrod's puppy Clover and the reverse is matte black in Kat Von D style with Piaf on it! Included in the pouch are deluxe sample sizes of the Too Faced Rosy Glow Candlelight Glow Highlighter and a mini Love Flush Blush in So Happy Together which is exclusive to this set. Then there are two mini Kat Von D lip products, you have a Studded Kiss Lipstick in the shade Muse and an Everlasting Love Liquid Lipstick in XO, both are exclusive to this gift set.

I have been really impressed with the products included in this set and I had never tried three out of four before. I have fallen in love with both KVD lip products, I hate matte liquid lipsticks pretty much but I thought I would try out the XO shade and I have been so impressed that I am actually going to pick up a full size in a different shade! The Studded Kiss Lipstick is very comfortable on the lips and the shade isn't something I would usually go for but I have been really liking it. The Too Faced Mini Highlighter is one of those highlighters that gives you a natural glow rather than an intense glow which isn't something I normally like but I have been really loving it this past week.
