I had been wanting to get my hands on this foundation for the longest time as Eleventh Gorgeous are always raving about it. I finally managed to get my hands on it after ordering it from Amazon.com for about £8, I didn't think this was too badly priced considering that included shipping and customs costs, it usually goes for around £15 on eBay.
This is liquid foundation with an oil free formula which aims to provide a medium coverage to help even skin tone and cover imperfections. The claimed result is a flawless yet natural look that lasts all day. What caught my attention about this foundation was that it has a built-in powder system that fights against shine and pulling oil and sweat AWAY from your face rather than trapping them under your foundation.
This foundation is available in 12 shades and I wear the third lightest shade, Buff Beige. For an affordable foundation, it is pretty decent. Considering I ordered this online without being able to swatch it, I managed to get my shade pretty much perfectly thanks to swatches online and foundation comparisons! If you like a full coverage foundation, I don't think you would like this. I have been preferring to wear this on good skin days as it as a medium coverage and while it does a good job at covering my acne prone areas, it does not cover discolouration and redness well, I would have to go over with a powder foundation in these areas.
Coverage issue aside, I love the way this makes my skin look. It does look very flawless on my good skin days and the finish is perfect. It has a very natural matte finish but I did notice with a couple of my dry patches that it would cling to the skin. It glides over my pores and does leave the skin looking pretty flawless. The main issue I have with this foundation is how it wears. Even with the best primers, this foundation is just not long wearing. I can only wear this foundation for a maximum of 6 hours before it looks anything but flawless and has disappeared from my acne prone areas and nose.
For the few hours I can wear this foundation a day, I do really like how it looks and the coverage I can achieve. It doesn't look heavy on the skin at all. I think this would be a good foundation for my skin in the Winter when it is a little less oily as it might wear better on my skin.
