I have been loving tanning drops recently and I had really great things about these ones from Vitage so I was so excited to put them to the test. I had been seeing them all over Instagram so when a surprise package arrived from Vitage, I had to start trying them out immediately.
The Vitage Illuminating Tanning Drops are a limited edition product and come in a 50ml size. These have been created to be used in combination with your moisturiser so you can create a custom tan that is extremely easy to use and apply. One of the things I don't like about the tanning products that I have been using, for the most part, is that the shade is usually a guessing game and you don't have much control but these drops give you total control over your colour!
I have been using these mainly on the face and mixing in a few drops with my favourite moisturiser. Depending on the shade you'd like, it will depend on how many drops you'd use. The more drops you use, the darker your tan will be and I started off with just two drops and I really liked the shade, its a healthy medium but I like that I can go lighter or darker if I want to without having to buy another product. Once you have applied it to the skin, it will take 2-4 hours to develop but I usually use them before I go to bed and I wake to a gorgeous glow!
One thing I love about these drops if that they don't have a scent, I'm not a massive tan of the traditional fake tan smell. These are suitable for all skin types and they worked brilliantly for my acne-prone, combination and slightly sensitive skin. I have been using these every couple of days to make sure that my tan stays topped up with how often I wash my face and I really do love them. They couldn't be any easier to use and I never have any issues with them going patchy or streaky. These drops also contain Vitamin E to nourish the skin and Citric Acid to remove any dead skin cells and improve the skin texture while increasing the longevity of your tan.
