It's been a while since I shared some Netflix favourites, mainly because all I have watched recently is The Big Bang Theory for probably the 64th time. But these are the originals that I have watched in the last couple of months and have really enjoyed so I hope you like them too!
The Great Hack
I love a documentary and this was one was such a good watch even if it made me want to instantly delete all my social media accounts. It's based around the whole Cambridge Analytica scandal which I loosely followed but I am so glad that I watched this as I think it was an important watch. It made me go and watch more documentaries on Facebook which really did make me dislike the platform more than I already did.
Orange is the New Black (Final Season)
This show was the main reason why I got a Netflix account years ago and this season was by far one of the best pieces of television I have ever watched. It was heartbreaking as it follows so many things that are currently happening in the world, ICE can piss off. I cried at almost every episode and I loved the unexpected Love Island watching within the show. If you haven't caught up, you will regret not watching this season.
Whitney Cummings: Can I Touch It?
I love stand up comedy so the next three recommendations are all recent specials. Whitey Cummings has been a favourite of mine ever since I started watching Chelsea Lately in my teens and I can't believe she only just got a Netflix special! This one was hilarious and I love Bearclaw.
Miranda Sings Live: Your Welcome
I love Colleen/Miranda and I used to be obsessed with the Miranda Sings channel so I was intrigued to see what her tour shows were all about. I thought it was so funny and I loved how Colleen took a jab at Netflix on her Netflix special for cancelling her TV show. You need a very specific taste to like this but I really enjoyed it. Katherine Ryan: Glitter Room
Speaking of Katherine, she has a fantastic new Netflix special that killed me! I will watch anything she does, we need more of The Fix, and I have already watched this special twice. After you've finished the final season of Orange is the New Black, pop this on to cheer yourself up.
Tiny House Nation
If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know I am obsessed with tiny houses and it's all thanks to this show. I love home renovation TV shows, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition used to be one of my favourite things to watch and this show is so good. I really want a tiny house, I think it would be perfect for me honestly.
