I adore the sheet masks from Soap and Glory (along with everything from the brand as I can't get enough). And I was so excited to see that they had added a new one to the range and it didn't disappoint! I have tried a few lip masks and this is one of the best ones I have used in terms of instant results.
The Pout About It Hydrogel Lip Mask (£3.50) should be essential in every beauty bag, especially for events or if you know you will be wanting to wear liquid lipsticks all day and night long. This mask aims to be instantly smoothing and line-reducing while delivering a boost of moisturisation for up to six hours after use. It's enriched with hyaluronic acid and coconut water and will leave your lips looking fuller and almost filtered.
It's really easy to apply and comfortable throughout the use. The mask itself fits perfectly over the lips and surrounding area. You leave it on for 20-30 minutes and I definitely recommend leaving it on for closer to 30 minutes for best results. It sticks onto the lips well, I was watching a podcast and kept laughing while I had it on my lips and it didn't fall off!
One of my favourite bonuses about this lip mask is that it has a lovely scent, I don't expect anything less from S&G! This mask is incredibly hydrating on the lips and I loved how my lips looked and felt after use. My lips were instantly smoothed and looked so much fuller, unlike anything I had used before! I have a few lines around my lips and they looked better too! My lips felt so much more hydrated and this would be such a great mask to apply before liquid lipsticks if you are going out for the day or evening as it will allow for an incredibly smooth application.
