Soap and Glory make some unrated skincare products so I was excited to try this new eye makeup remover. I have been having issues with a couple of products I was using to remove my eye makeup irritating my eyes so this couldn't have arrived at a better time.

The Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Makeup Remover retails for £5 and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. This is a triple-action eye makeup remover jelly that will help to melt away even the most stubborn makeup and waterproof mascara without leaving behind any residue on the skin. It contains green tea to aid cooling that will lead to de-puffing, Vitamin C to help calm the skin and Provitamin B5 to moisturise and condition.

I have been using this every evening by applying a small amount to a cotton pad while holding it onto the eyes for a few seconds and wiping away. Holding the cotton pad on the eyes before you start to remove your makeup will help to apply the product to melt-down makeup immediately and will ease the process. As it has a jelly texture, it is thicker than I was used to with micellar waters so you only need a tiny amount of this on a cotton pad for it to get to work.

I really like this eye makeup remover as it's gentle yet effective! It doesn't irritate my eyes in the slightest but it can remove all traces of my heavy eye makeup without needing to excessively rub at my eyes. I love the cooling effect it has as it makes it refreshing on the skin and I love the texture! I do find that I need a couple of cotton pads for each eye as I do wear quite a lot of mascara but this is less than what I had been using with my last couple of eye makeup removers.

Soap and Glory is a cruelty-free brand.
