Having spot/acne prone skin is painful and annoying so I'm always on the hunt for the next best spot treatment. I have tried a few drying lotions in the past and I hadn't been a huge fan of them as they never seemed to work but that isn't the case with this one!

With proper application, it can even help minimize the risk of acne scars to keep your skin smooth and blemish-free. When you get this product, it's important to allow the sediment to settle before use. I usually keep all of my skincare in a drawer but I leave this on top of the unit so it's worth keeping that in mind.
Once you have allowed it to settle, do not shake before use. All you need to do is a dip a cotton bud into the pink sediment and apply to your spots and breakouts. You don't need to rub it in, you leave it on overnight and then rinse off in the morning. It dries down really quickly so you don't have to worry about it transferring into your bedding or pillows. There are a few products similar to this one on the market and I like the ingredients included in this compared to the other ones I have tried and it works for me. This one contains salicylic acid which is a miracle worker for my skin, I have been raving about it for years now so I like that it's in this drying lotion.
This drying lotion is the first one that works for me and I have become quite a fan of the stuff! I find I can get overnight results with smaller spots and whiteheads and for larger breakouts, a few days of use will make the world of difference. Usually, my larger breakouts will be around for at least a week so I love that they go down in just a few days! I find whiteheads impossible to get rid of, I usually leave them alone as I will go at them until it scars and this made them disappear overnight! Even though this is a drying lotion, it didn't excessively dry out my skin which I'm impressed with as many acne and spot treatments tend to be drying on the skin.
