I have been wanting to try out Flower Beauty for the longest time and while you can buy some of the brand's products at Superdrug, I hadn't ever got around to making an order. But a while back I got a beauty box with one of the blushes in and I couldn't wait to try it out!

The Flower Pot Powder Blush is available in four other shades and retail for $10/£11.99. I love the packaging of these blushes, they come in clear compacts with the brand name/logo written in gold on the front. Through the cap, you can see the blush which is great if you own a couple of the shades. The powder blush product itself has been embossed with a gorgeous flower imprint that really makes the product for me when it comes to its appearance. The embossing hasn't budged either and I have been using this daily for weeks, it isn't an overlay like some brands will apply to powder products.

Online, the photos of this shade, Warm Hibiscus, on the Superdrug website make this blush appear to be a matte peachy apricot shade but it's completely different in person and on the skin! I love the shade as it reminds me of NARS Orgasm. I would say this shade is a natural peach, with a hint of pink and golden sheen undertone. This blush is going to warm up the complexion beautifully to show off your rosy glow! I can't get enough of this blush and it has become my new go-to shade.

It applies flawlessly to the cheeks, you can easily sheer this out or build up the intensity to your preference. It doesn't look powdery on the skin and I love the way it enhances my complexion, it makes me look much more awake and healthy! It's super long-lasting once applied and it blends with minimal effort, I like to apply a sheer wash of colour to the cheeks to make me look less ghostly. And as this has a little sheen to it, I don't find the need to apply highlighter when I wear this.

Flower Beauty is a cruelty-free brand.
