Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipsticks Review

Too Faced has been one of my favourite brands for years now, you can't beat the eyeshadow palettes and the Better Than Sex Mascara is worth all of the hype it gets! But I hadn't tried too many of the lip products from the brand and these liquid lipsticks may have just converted me to the matte side!Swatched bottom to top: Prissy, Stay The Night & Into You.

I have always been a lip gloss girl but I do always like to try out liquid lipsticks to see if anything could make me like them and these are it! The Too Faced Melted Matte Liquified Long Wear Lipsticks retail for £20 each and are available in a huge range of shades and I have three to share today. This is a long-wear ultra-matte lipstick that has been formulated with the staying power of a stain but the intense colour pay off as a liquid lipstick. The three shades I have are:

- Prissy: Brick red/orange

- Stay The Night: Fuschia 

- Into You: Warm blush rose

All three of these shades are new for the line and I have been loving them. They are a little brighter than what I would usually go for and Prissy isn't a shade I would ever pick myself but I have been loving it! This shade, in particular, is perfect for this time of year with all of the Autumn vives it brings to my makeup looks. Into You has been my everyday shade, it's a great colour to wear during the day time and for work and when I want something bolder I always go for Stay The Night. 

What makes these different than many other liquid lipsticks on the market is that they aren't drying or uncomfortable on the lips. They have been infused with Volulip for a no-sting plumping and smoothing effect as well as Avocado Oil, Vitamin E and Hyaluronic Filling spheres to moisturise and smooth the lips. They also have a lightweight formula that wears comfortably and an angled applicator for easy and precise application. These really are comfortable to wear and while you can slightly feel them on the lips, it isn't an uncomfortable or drying feeling. They make my lips look so smooth which I am always a fan off and they last for hours and hours once applied. 

As these are liquid lipsticks, there isn't really any transfer issues which makes them perfect to wear under your face coverings/masks. I have been wearing mine all the time when travelling to and from work and I like knowing I don't have to worry about fixing my lipstick when I wear one of these.
