Dior has always been one of my favourite luxury brands and I recently I picked up a couple of the products that had been on my wishlist. I have been wanting this lip oil for the longest time but it did go viral on TikTok so it has been a little hard to get hold of so I ordered whatever shade I could get my hands on!
The Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil retails for £29.50 and is available in a few shades, including two new limited editions. This is the shade 001 Pink that is one of the permanent shades. This is a nourishing lip oil with intense gloss and a sheer wash of colour. I have tried quite a few different lip oils, they are one of my favourite products for the lips, and this one is definitely a favourite and I can see myself picking up a few more shades in the future!
It has been formulated with genuine lip care ingredients like cherry oil to instantly nourish, protect, soften and revitalise the lips. The lip oil combines an intense lip care formula with a natural flattering colour finish for a stunning result. The product adapts to all lip colours to bring our their rosy glow similarly to the Lip Glow Balm. The packaging is the iconic Dior Addict lip packaging and I love the large doe-foot applicator.
I really do love this lip oil and I do think it's worth all of the hype it gets. It's incredibly hydrating and actually provides long lasting benefits, this isn't one of those products you have to keep reapplying to keep the lips soft and smooth. It has the nicest scent and feels so luxurious on the lips. It's instantly comforting and I love the gloss it provides. It's much more long-wearing than I was expecting it to be which is a nice bonus. The shade 001 is very light on the lips but after a while it does turn slightly more pink. I usually wear this alone on the lips but it works brilliantly with a lip colour underneath, I have been wearing it with one of the Dior Lip Tints.
I can't recommend this lip oil enough if you are wanting to splurge! I also love buying my products directly from Dior as they have the best free packaging (shipping is also free) and you get samples with your order. They also have a loyalty programme and I'm already a Silver member!
