I love self care Sundays but I like to lean in further during the colder months as that's typically when my skin struggles the most. If you have problematic skin like I do, then this new skincare device from Shark might be worth the splurge or you could even add it to your Christmas list.

    The Shark FacialPro Glow is a new addition to my self care routine and I am already a big fan of the device. This is Shark's first exfoliation and deep hydration tool with contrast therapy to be able to achieve a professional level glow and sculpt at home in under ten minutes! Inside the box you get everything to get started, how to clean and care for your device and easy to follow guides. All of the attachments and accessories are easy to store as they come in a storage case to house everything in. You also get two different sets of tips for the exfoliation attachment, one that's more gentle and a normal one. If you have sensitive skin I would recommend the gentle tips and starting on the lower levels for each of the two attachments.

To do the full recommended facial it really does take just ten minutes once a week which is so easy to add to your self care routine. You can use the Depuffi attachment everyday for sculpting but the exfoliation attachment should only be used once a week. And as always, as the products you use with the exfoliation attachment contain BHA and AHA, you should always follow up with your favourite sunscreen. 

The Depuffi attachment is extremely relaxing to use, the heat setting is a dream for the colder months. It's brilliant for prepping the pores and skin for the exfoliation attachment. I was really surprised at how hot and cold this handheld device can get, its very impressive! The cold option is incredible for sculpting and something I have been adding to my daily morning skincare routine when I have a few extra minutes. 

The exfoliation attachment is where the real magic happens! I love the T-Zone tip as a lot of my skin issues is in this area as I have a lot of congestion with my pores. This tip allows me to be much more precise, especially around my nose.You use both of the skincare products in the box with this and after you have finished you can see all of the gunk it has pulled out of your skin inside the gunk tank. These products have been developed in a Korean skincare lab with all skin types in mind and are vegan and cruelty free. If you know anything about skincare you'll know how fantastic Korean skincare is so I love that Shark have taken this system to that level. 

My skin immediately has a healthy glow after using as well as feeling softer and smoother and much plumper! My makeup has been applying better everyday thanks to the smoother base. I love how easy this system is to use and follow, you may feel some tingling when you apply Detox but I didn't find it to be uncomfortable. I found every step along the way to be relaxing and satisfying and I look forward to using it every week.
