REVIEW: Eyeko Mascara Off Wipes

Getting my mascara off when I am so tired can be a right pain in the bum. I can never go to sleep with my make up on but some times I just can't be bothered to stand there, use make up remover then a cleanser. I wanted to give something a try that would get all of my eye makeup off in one swipe and I have finally found that product in the Eyeko Mascara Off Wipes. I got these a month or so ago in a Beauty Box and totally forgot about them until I saw a review on them recently and finally decided to give them a try and I am so glad that I did!

The packaging is simple and compact and fits perfectly in my make up bag without having up too much room. In each pack is ten wipes and for £6 I really wish there was a lot more because that is pretty expensive for ten applications. Each wipe is about the size of the palm of my hand. I find I can use just one wipe for month eyes but it can be a bit of a struggle if I have had on heavy eye make up because there isn't enough room on the wipe.

These wipes work brilliantly! I hold the wipe on my eye for 3-5 seconds and the magic starts to happen. One wipe removes my make up so well, I wear quite a lot of mascara as I love dramatic lashes and I found I was able to remove all traces of mascara as well as all of my other eye make up with three or four swipes! After my eye area felt amazing, so hydrated and nourished as well as smooth. I find a lot of eye make up removers, whether liquid or wipes, irritate my eyes as they are quite sensitive but I didn't have any problem with these - perfect!

The only downside to these is the price at £6 a pop for just ten wipes is a little expensive. I won't be repurchasing these for daily use but I might pick up another pack if I am going away as they do work amazingly and take up hardly any space.

Have you tried these? What did you think of them?

  1. 6 pound for 10 to me is pretty silly, it's a good job they work nicely else it'd be a waste xx
