My Current Concealer Stash

I am a bit of a concealer junkie. I always seem to be buying concealers and it is not often that I ever actually repurchase the same one twice. I am pretty much a ghost all year round and it can be difficult to find concealers that match my skin tone on the high street. I ran out of my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer a couple of months ago and while I loved it, I can't bring myself to buy it again at £22!

I like to use difference concealers for blemishes and for under my eyes and I tend to look for different things in them. In my blemish concealers I like them to be a high coverage and slightly thicker whereas for under my eyes I want something which is going to brighten up my dark circles and feel lighter on the skin so it doesn't crease.

For my under eye area I have been using the LA Girl Pro Conceal HD and the Barry M Light Reflecting Concealer. The LA Girl one is a very new purchase and I have only used it a couple of times so far but the shade is pretty dark, I have Classic Ivory, but once bended into the skin it is perfect for under my eyes so far. It has very good coverage and I like the way it is leaving my under eye area looking so far - I will report back! The Barry M Light Reflecting Concealer is what I have been using for the past couple months pretty much everyday, I am actually almost run out. While this concealer is very brightening, it doesn't have the best coverage. I have quite a lot of darkness under my eyes towards in my inner corner and it really doesn't cover it at all. If you don't have much to conceal under your eyes but you want something to brighten this is brilliant but for me I won't be repurchasing.

I must admit, I get some massive spots so finding a concealer that can actually cover them it is struggle. The Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer isn't my favourite out of the bunch but is does the job. I find it covers blemishes really well for a few hours but then it just disappears from my face. My favourite concealer for spots and redness at the moment is the Witch Concealer. I have featured this concealer is my favourites for July as well as a couple other blog posts because I love it that much. It covers everything so easily and doesn't leave my skin looking cakey and it doesn't melt off throughout the day. I do like to have this concealer in my handbag just incase a new blemish appears while I am out and about.

My final concealer is my stash at the moment is a bit of a multitasker. At first I hated this concealer so it sat in my collection gathering dust but a little over a month ago I started using this again and I love it. The Soap and Glory Kick Ass Crayon works well under my eyes and on blemishes. When I use it under my eyes it covers my dark circles while brightening and on my blemishes it covers them perfectly.
