REVIEW: Yankee Candle Candy Corn Tart

I love when Yankee Candle brings out their Christmas and Halloween collections! Candy Corn is one of this years Halloween scents from Yankee Candle, the other being Witches Brew. I was so gutted that Yankee Candle decided not to bring back Ghostly Treats this year as that was one of my favourite scents of 2014 but I was still excited to try Candy Corn and see what all of the fuss is about.
Yankee Candle Candy Corn Tart
Candy Corn is described as being scented like the sweet familiar scent of candy corn and a fond reminder of Halloween fun and tasty treats. Now I must admit, I have no idea what Candy Corn smells like as we don't really have it in the UK but I expected it to smell like vanilla and pumpkin for some reason but I was very pleasantly surprised with the Candy Corn scent. To me Candy Corn smells like a mixture of vanilla and caramel - a vanilla based less intense version of Salted Caramel.

This scent is limited edition for Halloween and is available in three different forms, a medium jar, a votive sampler and the wax tart, I have the wax tart. Each wax tart aims to provide you with eight hours of fragrance. The first time I burned this tart it filled my room with a gorgeous light fragrance that wasn't too overpowering - I expected it to be a little strong but I love how it made my room smell. After the first time I burned this, each time the scent kick off got lighter and while you can still smell it each time I don't think I have got the full eight hours of fragrance out of this tart. If you are looking for a sweet scent that isn't too over powering this is the tart for you.

The Yankee Candle Candy Corn Tart retails for £1.49
