Essence Makeup Haul

I can't believe I haven't tried any of the Essence cosmetics range until a few weeks ago. I won a little giveaway on Twitter with a bundle of Essence goodies and I was so pleasantly surprised at how incredible the quality was so I had to get my hands on some more. I have heard fantastic things but I didn't quite know how good the products were so when I saw bit selection of the Essence range in Wilko I had to pick up some more from Essence.
Essence Makeup Haul
I can't believe I got five makeup items and a sharpener for under £10 - you cannot beat those prices! Essence has so many products and I was so happy that the Wilko I went to had almost all of the products in stock. From nail polishes to lip glosses, Essence as so much selection at fantastic prices. My sister picked up one of the Liquid Lipsticks so I might have to steal that and give it a try. Almost all of the products from Essence are under £4 bar one at just £5.99 so this brand is going to be great if you are on a budget.

The first thing I picked up was a little sharper for my eyeliners and lip liners, I didn't actually have a makeup one and the Essence one was just £1 and does a great job. I had been wanting to get my hands on the Make Me Brow from Essence for the longest time. I absolutely loved the Benefit Gimme Brow and have heard that this is a good dupe for it and at £2.50 I can't wait to give it a try! Hopefully it will be as good as the Benefit version and I will have found myself a massive saving. Another brow product I picked up was the Lash/Brow Gel Mascara for just £2. I was in need of a new clear setting gel for my brows when I use powder products and for just £2, I can't wait to try this and see if it compares to some of my more expensive ones.

Another eye related product I picked up was one of the Kajai Pencils in 04 White. I wear white liner everyday in my waterline to brighten up my eyes and my previous one from Illamasqua is about to run out so I thought I would try one of the Essence ones for just £1. One product I don't have enough of in my collection is lip liners. I don't own any so I thought, again for just £1, I would try one of them out before purchasing more shades. The shade I went for was 12 Wish Me a Rose. The final product I picked up was one of the XXXL Shine Lipglosses in Fabulous Fuchsia. These lip glosses are just £1.80 so I am excited to see if they can rival my higher end favourites.
