InLight Organic Skincare

I love trying out new skincare brands so when InLight got in touch, I knew I wanted to give the products a try especially as they are a UK based company. InLight is an organic skincare brand and all of the products contain the finest and most effective organic food-grade and cold pressed oils as well as herbs and the purest essential oils and beeswax and that it - no junk! I have been testing out two of their products over the past couple of weeks and I have been really enjoying using them.

The Super Food Face Mask is a uplifting and rejuvenating organic face mask which is going to help detoxify and repair the skin while being packed full of essential fatty acids, antioxidants and is naturally rich in Vitamin E. It has star ingredients of spiruline, rose seed oil, carrot root and barley leaf and is can be used on any skin type, even the most sensitive and is ideal for dry or sun damaged skin. This can be used once a week with the each jar having up to ten applications. I have used this a couple of times and I really like the way it leaves my skin feeling after each application. It does have a strong natural and earthy scent and it looks like the greenest smoothie you have ever seen but it does wonders for my skin! It leaves it feeling softer and smoothed while helping get rid of any breakouts I might have. I have quite a bit of redness and this always helps reduce it! It always leaves my skin feeling super cleansed without a dry or tight feeling. This mask is on the pricer side at £45 which makes each application around £4.50.

The Floral Face Tonic is ideal for removing any of the InLight cleansers and the masks. This tonic is an alcohol-free fusion of uplifting earthy extracts and can also be used to refresh the skin on those warm Summer days. This is suitable for all skin types including sensitive and prone to acne which is my skin type and I have been really enjoying using this. I like to use this mainly on my make up free days to refresh my skin throughout the day as it can get quite oily. It doesn't dry out the skin, it leaves it feeling and looking refreshed. This does have a strong floral scent as you would expect from the name but once applied you cannot detect the scent. It also leaves my skin feeling so soft and I like to apply this before my moisturiser for even softer skin. I have used it a few times to remove the face mask and it did a really good job and was very gentle on the skin. This tonic retails for £24 but a little goes a long way so it will last you a while!

Have you tried InLight skincare? All of their products cruelty free too.
