New In My Skincare Routine

My one resolution for 2017 is to take better care if my skin. I will admit that I can be very lazy with my skincare and this year I want to really take good care of my skin which is where these products come in. Two are brand new to me, the others are ones I abandoned in 2016 but I decided to give them another try and I am so happy that I did - my skin is seriously thanking me for using these.

The new reintroductions in my skincare routine are the Pixi Glow Tonic and the La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra. The Pixi Glow Tonic is one incredible product and I totally understand the hype having used it for around a month now. I have been using this in the evenings before applying the Toleriane Ultra and it has made such a huge difference to my skin. This is an exfoliating tonic which is going to help tone, firm and tighten the skin while removing dead skin cells to reveal healthier looking skin. This is free from alcohol and is suitable for all skin tones and can be used twice a day but I prefer to only use it in the evening. This has made my skin look so much brighter and I haven noticed my acne to have really calmed down since using this and the Tea Tree Facial Cleansing Pads. I will definitely be keeping Pixi Glow Tonic in my skincare routine this year.

The La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra is a non-oily moisturiser for ultra sensitive or allergic skin. While I don't have very sensitive skin at the moment, it can be very reactive so I like to use brands that I can trust and La Roche Posay is one of them as it has never failed me when it comes to my skin. I have been using this in the evenings to keep my skin hydrated and it has really helped clear up any of my dry patches that I was suffering from. For when I am having a bad time with my skin I have been using the Tea Tree Facial Cleansing Pads from Superdrug. Tea Tree always helps minimise my breakouts and get them gone in no time. As these are in a pad form it is so quick and easy to use directly on the affected areas. These are going to keep deeply cleanse the skin and remove dirt, impurities and excess oil while leaving the skin feeling ultra-clean and soft.

The final product I have been using is the B. Confident Hyaluronic Acid Spritz. This is to be used to lock in moisture for 12 hours without clogging pores. It is perfect to use while travelling or to refresh makeup and hydrate tired skin for a smoother look. It is going to help promote a more healthy glow with regular use as well. I have been loving this on no makeup days to refresh the skin and to use a little pick me up. I have been really enjoying this to wake up the skin and I can't wait to try out more products from the range soon.
