With Halloween just a few weeks away, it's time to get the makeup ready to wear! I am not one to do crazy Halloween makeup but these are definitely some products I will be using the week of! You could definitely use them to great some crazy makeup looks but I have a few more simple ideas in mind that are just as festive.
There are only a few times of year that I can get away with wearing a brightly coloured rainbow highlighter, at festivals and Halloween. The Essence Prismatic Glow Highlighter is what I think I am going to wear when I feel like channelling my inner unicorn. This looks really pretty on the cheekbones and you could even use the individual shades as eyeshadows to create a fun rainbow look. Another product I am going to be using for a unicorn inspired look is glitter! From The Makeup Armoury, I will be using the JT Makeup Glitters to add some sparkle to my day! These glitters are the perfect size to stand out well on the skin and you could even use them to help create a mermaid look. They have a great range of colours available too.
I have a few other products from The Makeup Armoury which I have already been using this month and have been obsessed with! This site is brilliant as it has such a great range of products and both of the ones I have been using are from Make Up For Ever. The first is the Aqua Liner in 12 Mat Mocha. This is a dark brown liquid liner and I have been using it every day instead of black to create a wing, I have been obsessed with how it looks! It doesn't look as dramatic which I like and it is so long-lasting. It doesn't budge throughout the day, I have been caught out in the rain a few times and it still doesn't move! The other product I have been using from the brand is the Aqua Lip Pencil in 12C Matte Dark Plum. This is the perfect vampy lip shade and looks perfect paired with any gloss over top. This is perfect for Halloween too as I am going to do a dark dramatic look based on this lip colour!
The final products I am going to be using for any Halloween makeup looks are the Ardell Halloween lashes. This collection includes three super dramatic styles of lashes designed just for Halloween.
