Sleek is one of my favourite affordable makeup brands and this year, they have some lovely Christmas gift sets as well as an advent calendar! These are a few of the offerings for this festive season and each of the sets come in gorgeous gift boxes - ready for you to gift.
The first of the three gift sets I have to talk about what is the Get Into The Nude (£12.50). This comes with two full-size products and if you know somebody who loves eye products, they would love this set! Included in the set is the i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Au Naturel and the Full Fat Lash Mascara. The eyeshadow palette is perfect to take you from day to night and has a good mixture of cooler toned matte and shimmer shades. This is one of those palettes that everybody needs in their collection because not only can you use it so many different ways alone but a lot of the shades are everyday staples. The mascara has a unique shaped wand that makes it so easy to coat the lashes in one quick motion. It works great on the bottom lashes as well as it doesn't smudge or transfer.
There are two Lip Line Up (£7.50) kits this year and each includes two products. You get a Twist Up Lip Pencil and a Lip Shot Lip Gloss, one kit is a nude option and the other is a deeper plum/pink shade. For the nude option, you get a lip liner in 995 Nude and a gloss in 1194 Don't Ask, for the darker option you get a lip liner in 994 Shabby Chic and a lip gloss in 1189 Behind Closed Doors. The lip liners are incredibly creamy but long lasting once applied and the glosses are much more pigmented than I was expecting them to be. The glosses feel very smooth on the lips and aren't as sticky as some glosses can be. I really like that Sleek decided to go with these two colour options as you can use these for day and evening makeup look.
