I have tried so many different makeup removing products but never a micellar oil! Superdrug's own brand B. is one of my favourites on the high street as not only are the products that I've tried really great but they are also cruelty-free, affordable and a tonne of the products are vegan as well.
This is the B. Pure Micellar Oil, it retails for £6.99 and is available exclusively at Superdrug. All of the B. product contains high concentrations of ingredients that are proven to work so that you have beautiful skin in no time. This specific product is an oil-to-milk cleanser that contains natural oils that will quickly yet effectively dissolve makeup and impurities. It will deeply cleanse while dissolving even long-lasting and waterproof makeup. It will help soften and smoothe the skin thanks to the Pomegranate Seed Oil that will also leave the skin feeling moisturised. It also contains Vitamin E and Chia Seed Oil.
I have been using this by applying a small amount to a cotton pad or just applying directly to the skin and using my fingers to massage it in. It does a fantastic job of removing all traces of makeup, especially when I have been wearing heavier amounts of eye makeup! As it is an oil I do like to cleanse afterwards to make sure that all traces of dirt and makeup as well as the residue have been removed.
It's suitable for all skin types and I do have combination sensitive skin and I haven't had any issues since I started using this. Even when I haven't been using this to remove my makeup completely, I love to use it to remove my mascara as it makes it so quick and easy! It leaves the skin feeling incredibly soft which is a great bonus.
