Lip Products Currently in Rotation

Lip products are my weakness, I have a drawer full and I can't stop myself from buying more! I thought I would share the products that I'm currently using as I try to switch it up every now again. I'm also trying to use some of them up before they expire as that's one makeup product that I can't seem to keep forever.

Swatched: Buxom Sophia, Clarins, Tarte Cherry, Lavera 08 Light Hazel, Essence 04 and Essence 01. 

I have always loved lip gloss but I have found myself not using them as much recently but I don't want them all to go bad. The Buxom Full-On Lip Polish in Sophia is my perfect lip shade as it will go with some many different looks. These glosses are so comfortable to wear and once I use up some of my stash, I'm definitely going to get a few other shades. The Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in Orange Shimmer is a new favourite of mine, it's so hydrating on the lips and I love the light swatch of colour it provides. Fragrance Direct has this for the bargain price of £8 which is too good not to mention. 

I never thought I would like nude lips but the Lavera Brilliant Care in Light Hazel has me converted. It's the perfect nude shade for my skin tone and these lip products are so comfortable to wear. You can see my full review - here. The Tarte Lip Quenches are some of my all-time favourite products, I have now gone through five of these and I'm about to finish my sixth. The Cherry shade is what I have been trying to use up recently and it's the perfect pop of colour. These are like a drink of water for your lips and while they aren't so long-lasting, the hydration benefits are why I love them so much. 

I love the Essence brand, they're cruelty-free, have fantastic quality products and are extremely affordable. The Velvet Matte Lipsticks retail for £2.30 and they're cruelty-free and Vegan! I have two shades that I have been using for the last couple of weeks, 04 and 01 and they have been perfect additions. They are so comfortable to wear and while I don't usually like a matte finish, I do like this one as it isn't at all drying, they actually feel very creamy.
