Updated Skincare Routine - Winter 2019

In the last year, my skin has really changed and I'll be talking about that in more detail soon. And during that time I have been trying to find the best combination of products for my skin and I think I have finally found them.
Updated Skincare Routine - Winter 2019
I don't do too much to my skin in my morning routine as I'm usually in a hurry to get ready and get out of the door at 6:50am so I keep it simple. Every morning I start with cleansing the skin with Soap and Glory Peaches & Clean. This is one of my all-time favourite products and it's so underrated! I love the scent of this and it always leaves my skin feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I have been trying to get back into the habit of using SPF every day as sun damage is something I'm always concerned about, no matter what time of year. My favourite is the Glossier Invisible Shield, I can't say enough good things about this! It's clear so it doesn't leave a white cast on the skin and it doesn't interfere with how my makeup wears or applies throughout the day.

The moisturiser I have been using since the beginning of the year in both my morning and evening routines is the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel-Cream. I adore this stuff, it's super hydrating on the skin and I love the texture of it. It's so lightweight and that's why I use it morning and night. I'll be sad when I finish this up as the brand isn't cruelty-free so I won't be repurchasing.

To remove my makeup at the end of the day I either use the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm or Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I have found these two to be the best makeup removers for my skin, I can't get enough of them both! I like to always do a double cleanse and I have been using Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser for a while now. It's gentle on the skin but removes any misses traces of makeup.

Most nights I will follow up with Glossier Solution, I started using this again at the beginning of January and it has been a lifesaver! It's managed to completely clear my skin from any traces of acne and my skin has been feeling so much softer too. I don't like to use this every night and when I don't use it, I like to follow up with the REN Evercalm Anti-Redness Serum. I've always struggled with redness and this has been really helping. Finally, I use the Tropic Eye Dream under the eyes. This is unlike anything I have ever used before and is incredibly nourishing.

Throughout the week, I like to use a face mask or two. I've been using a lot of sheet masks lately and I still love the Soap and Glory ones and have repurchased them a few times now since the launch. A face mask that I have been trying out for a little over a week now is the Erborian Magic Tranformask and so far so good! I'll have a review up on this soon.
