I am so excited to be on the blog tour today for To Have and to Hoax! This book was one of my most anticipated reads for the year and it was a little out of my comfort zone but I only have good things to say!

Review
I have never read anything historical and this book has me wanting to read more! This was such a fun read and I couldn't put it down. I ended up reading it in one sitting. This book follows the married couple of Violet and James who haven't been on good terms in four years and without spoiling it, they end up messing with each other and it's a little enemies to lovers which is one of my favourite tropes.
This book surprised me with how witty it was and just how sassy Violet was! I also loved all of the side characters and friends in this book, they added so much to it and I would love to read more about them in the future. One of the main issues the couple has is a lack of communication which I am not usually a fan of in my romance but it worked well with this book and gave the story some funny moments! They could also get called out by their friends on it so I liked that they were actually aware of it.
There was a lot of unexpected elements to this story that I really enjoyed and it's one of the most memorable romances I have read in the last couple of months.
