Glossier Body Hero Exfoliating Bar Review (+ Discount Code)

Whenever Glossier releases a new product I get so excited to give it a try. They recently added two new products to the Body Hero range and I decided to pick up the Exfoliating Bar as I am always on the hunt for products to have my skin softer and smoother. The Glossier Body Hero Exfoliating Bar retails for £12 and is going to have your skin soft and smooth with no mess from this scrub. It has been ergonomically designed to fit in the palm of your hand and the back of the bar (as shown in the above photo) has a groove for you to add a pump or two of the Body Hero Daily Oil Wash and I haven't seen any other products with this idea and I think it's genius! This product has been dermatologist tested and is suitable for acne-prone skin, it's also Vegan. 

This exofliator featured finely milled, biodegradable Bamboo Powder to create a powerful but on the gentlier side scrub that will have your skin feeling instantly softer and smoother without feeling like you have rubbed the top layer of your skin off. It also features Sunflower Seed Oil and Aloe LEadf Juice to help lock in moisturise so your skin doesn't feel dry or stripped as well featuring an Orange Blossom Neroli Blend to give the product a subtle, sparkling scent to enhance the overall experience with a scent that lingers on the skin.

I have to say, this bar is really impressive! It fits perfectly in my hand and is easy to hold and doesn't slip out with in use. I find it best to apply to wet skin and use the bar in circular motions. This bar always leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth instantly after use and I have found myself using this a couple of times a week to keep up the results. After use, my skin aways feels incredibly clean but never dry and once I have dried my skin is when I notice the full results. The texture of this bar is so fine yet incredible effective and it has quickly become one of my favourite products from Glossier and I will definitely repurchase. I hope they launch a case for it in the future. 

Disclaimer: Although this product smoothes and softens my skin, this soap won’t get rid of cellulite (no soap or any over-the-counter beauty product can). Having cellulites and even tiger stripes is normal and no person should be shamed for having one. Let’s be comfortable with our own bodies with all its beauty
