New Products To Sleep Better

I used to be a great sleeper but in the last year or so I have struggled to get a good night's sleep. I love sleep, it's one of my favourite things so I am always looking for products to help me get a better nights sleep and these two things have been fantastic additions to my sleepy time routine. Sleeping Aid ProductsSleeping Aid ProductsI have tried a few different pillow cases that have benefits for the skin and hair but my favourite one so far is the Fine Bedding Company Mulberry Silk Pillowcase (£48). This is a naturally breathable and hypoallgernic pillow case that is super soft and smooth to the touch. It is gentle on hair and skin and helps retain natural moisture levels overnight while helping to minimise wrinkles and hair static. I have acne prone skin and I have found that my skin has been consistently clear since I started using this and my hair has been so much smoother when usually I look like I have a birds nest on my head in the morning. I have washed it a few times and it has held its softness perfectly. These types pillowcases are honestly worth investing in! I also like how cool this one stays, if you love the cold side of the pillow like I do then these are a game changer!

The Scentered Signature Ritual Collection (£50) is a kit that I find myself using throughout the day, everyday not just before I go to sleep. This collection includes five full size balms in a travel friendly case and each balm as a different benefit. These balms are 100% natural and essential oil based and I love that they are in a stick form as they are so quick and easy to apply while also being mess free. The scents included are De-Stress, Happy, Sleep Well, Focus and Escape. There isn't a scent that I don't like in the collection and I will definitely be repurchasing them in the future. This set has a value of £72.50 so you do get a decent saving when you purchase it. The scents and their fragrances notes included are:

- De-Stress: Chamomile, Neroli and Mandarin

- Sleep Well: Palmarosa, Lavender and Ylang-Ylang

- Focus: Rosemary, Mint and Clary Sage

- Happy: Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Spearmint

- Escape: Oud, Frankincense and Sandalwood

I have found myself using the Sleep Well and Focus balms the post. The Focus one has become a part of my writing process and it's nice to take a couple of minutes before I get started to get in the write headspace for productivity. All of the balms are strongly scented without being overpowering but are long lasting. You can use them on the wrists, temples as well as the neck.

What products do you use to help you get a better nights sleep?
