Recently Watched #2: The Tinder Swindler

I haven't been watching too much since my latest 'recently watched' blog post but I did want to share because I have watched some fantastic content, both good and bad. Most of everything mentioned is on Netflix or I rented it through Prime Video.
Recently Watched #2: The Tinder Swindler
The Tinder Swindler

"Posing a weathly, jet-setting diamond mogul, he wooed women online then conned them out of millions of dollars. Now some victims plan for payback."

As of writing this post, this is the most watched piece of content this week on Netflix and if you haven't seen it yet, I can't recommend it enough. I love true crime and this doc is worth giving up two hours of your time. I don't want to say much about it because the doc should speak for itself. But Mr Simon can go screw himself and I hope this current girlfriend gets away from him as quickly as possible

The Blue Lagoon

"A boy and girl are shipwrecked on a tropical island in the South Pacific. The teenagers try to survive without adult guidance, but soon sexual maturity sets in and they get attracted to each other."

To say I am traumatised is an understatement. Every week I have been watching a movie either from my childhood or something I hadn't seen before. My mum recommended we watch this and she isn't allowed to recommend anything to me for a few weeks after this. There's child abuse about four minutes in? I am pretty sure there's incest and there was just too many dicks for me. Don't put yourself through this if you haven't seen it.

Mamma Mia! & Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

"As Sophie and her family are busy preparing for her wedding, she secretly invites three men, who were her mother's lovers in the past, with the hope that one of them is her father."

If you know me at all, you will know that I haven't seen anything, it's like I have been living under a rock. So I finally watched Mamma Mia! This past weekend and I had the greatest time! I immediately watched the sequel and if you need a mood booster, Mamma Mia is a must watch. I am so late to the party with this one. And on a side note, Pierce Brosnan...what a hunk.

What have you been watching recently?
