Can you believe that I used to detest any type of lip product and now I can't get enough of them! Lip glosses are my favourite lip product because I find them easy to wear and apply and give the lips so much shine. These five lip glosses are my absolute favourites with being just a few pounds going to around £20!
Swatched: Fleur de Force Starry Starry Night, Bare Minerals Rebel, Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Bare Enough, Essence Fabulous Fuchsia & Dior Lip Maximiser.
My first favourite is one of my newest additions to my makeup collection which is the Fleur de Force Lipgloss in Starry Starry Night which is the darkest shade in the range of lip glosses from Fleur. This lipgloss is honestly one of the best ones I have and it is only £6.99. Starry Starry Night gives the lips a full lip of colour with tonnes of shine, it smells yummy too. My favourite thing about this lip gloss is that when it does start to wear off, it leaves a tint behind of the lips so it looks natural during fading which means you don't have to worry about reapplying so quickly.
The Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss in Bare Enough is a handbag essential. This is a gorgeous nude gloss which goes with any makeup look. This gloss smells like chocolate orange which I am absolutely obsessed with! This lip gloss has a plumping element to it so it does make the lips tingle, which I like but I know that some people might find this uncomfortable. It does make my lips look bigger and better so I can't fault it! The Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Rebel is another handbag essential of mine. This is a pink lip gloss I like to have with me where ever I go because it is long lasting, especially for a lipgloss! This lipgloss isn't sticky on the lips and it keeps my lips nice and hydrated too, perfect for the colder months.
The Essence XXXL Shine in 33 Fabulous Fuchsia was only £1.80 so I picked it up on a whim to see what the quality was like. This lipgloss is fantastic! It applies so easily to the lips, leaving them with berry tint and gorgeous shine without being sticky. It is a similar shade to the lipgloss from Fleur de Force, the only difference is that the Essence one is slightly sheerer on the lips and doesn't leave a tint behind. But for £1.80 you can't complain, I need to go a pick up some more shades asap!
My final lip gloss favourite is the most expensive which is the Dior Lip Maximiser. While this gloss doesn't give the lips a hint of colour, it does add lots of gloss making it perfect to be applied over any lipstick or be worn alone. It smoothes out my lips and fills in the lines making them appear bigger, who doesn't want bigger lips?! I actually had a mini meltdown because I thought I lost it but it magically reappeared in the car door - hooray!
