Yankee Candle Simply Home Sage & White Tea

When I spotted a few new scents to the Simply Home range from Yankee Candle when I was doing a food shop in Tesco, I knew I had to pick them all up - even better that the wax melts were only 80p each! Sage & White Tea was one of the scents that I didn't think I was going to be too keen on because it is different than what I usually go for but I have really enjoyed melting it!
Yankee Candle Simply Home Sage & White Tea
Yankee Candle Simply Home Sage & White Tea is one of the new scents to the Simply Home range for Spring/Summer 2016. The Simply Home range is slightly cheaper than the normal candles from Yankee Candle and I have always found them in larger Tesco and ASDA stores. I always prefer to go for wax melts as they are much more affordable and I can try out so many more fragrances for my money than just buying one large jar. I also find the scent throw to usually be much stronger than the jar candles.

This scent is perfect for Spring as it is very refreshing for the home. It is the perfect mixture of freshly picked sage mixed with white tea. I personally have absolutely no idea how to describe this scent but it isn't floral or fruity - it is a fresh and uplifting scent. I think this scent would be the perfect unisex scent and could be used in any room of the house. Each wax melt aims to provide eight hours of beautiful home fragrance but from my experience, with most fragrances that I have tried, I usually get many more hours than the recommended. With this melt, the scent throw was brilliant and filled one of the larger rooms in my house amazingly well and the scent even lingered out into the rest of the upstairs of the house! I definitely got more than my eight hours of fragrance out of this melt - amazing value for money at 80p, usually £1 each.

If you happen to spot this scent of the supermarket give it a sniff and tell me how you would describe this one! I will definitely be picking up a few more of this scent, the perfect fresh scent for Spring days.
