My Most Used Face Masks

Until about a month ago I couldn't remember the last time I used a face mask and I am truly obsessed with them again. I thought I would share my four current favourites and the ones I have been using the most as I don't share them and they are such great stuff!
My Most Used Face Masks
During the last couple of months, my skin has been super dry and the Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask has been saving my skin! This mask is suitable for sensitive skin and is extremely hydrating and soothing on the skin. If you have stressed or dry skin this is the mask for you, I swear by it. This locks in moisture and I always notice that my skin is plumper after each use and my redness is reduced. If I ever have any dry patches this sorts them out so quickly and gets them back to my regular texture. It has a very creamy consistency but leaves the skin feeling refreshed after I have removed it.

The GlamGlow Gravitymud Firming Treatment is such a fun mask to use, I have the Sonic version and it makes my face metallic blue for the duration of use, the regular version gives you tin man vibes. This is a peel off mask and I like to use this when I want my skin to look firmer and smooth, it also has lifting benefits. This one is to be left on the skin for around 20 minutes and it's one of the few peel off masks that actually peels off in one! If I am having a no makeup day but I want to enhance my skin, this is always the mask I use. This makes my skin feel incredible and super soft after each use. It's my favourite mask that I have tried from the brand so far.

My acne has been terrible again recently. I made the mistake of coming off the treatment I was using specifically for my acne so it all came back within about ten days and these next two masks have been helping so much! The first is the La Roche Posay Effaclar Clay Mask, I love the whole Effaclar line and if you have acne prone skin I highly recommend trying it a try. This is incredible for when my skin is oily and full of spots as it helps reduce them dramatically after use without drying out the skin. It also contains 5% Panthenol B5 to help soothe and calm the skin. It's a deep cleansing clay mask and really helps get rid of any impurities.

My final favourite mask is The Body Shop's Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask. This mask is 100% vegan and gives a slight cooling/tingly sensation to the skin once you have applied it, it's not at all uncomfortable - I actually quite like it. This is great for spots as it has organic tree tea oil in it as well as bamboo charcoal and green tea leaves. This draws out any impurities and refines the appearance of pores for healthy, glowy skin. This mask is the most effective for my problem areas and it helps reduce spot size after each use and my skin has a gorgeous glow after each application too!

What are your favourite face masks?
