Youth Lab CC Complete Cream SPF 30 Review

All I have been wearing for the last month or so is CC cream as my base. In the summer, I like to use products that are much lighter but will still enhance my skin so I was excited to test this one out as I had heard really great things about it. Across the globe, one of these is sold every 60 seconds!
Youth Lab CC Complete Cream SPF 30 Review
Youth Lab is a cult skincare-makeup hybrid brand that has finally hit the UK and is available at Boots. The CC Complete Cream has been a great introduction to the brand and I can't wait to try out of their other products in the future as this has really impressed me. This cc cream is available in two versions, one for oily skin types and one for normal to dry skin, this is the one that I have been using. CC creams are great for the summer as they do so many things for the skin so you don't have to layer product after product.

The Youth Lab CC Complete Cream SPF 30 does so many amazing things for the skin. It will brighten, hydrate, protect and corrects for a flawless finish. It does the job of a serum, moisturiser, foundation and SPF all in one luxurious cream. It has active ingredients of Hyaluronic Acid, Ethyl Ascorbate, Biomimetic Peptide and Stem Cells Plant Extract. This is to be used after cleansing and applied to the face, neck and decollete, you can use this in the evening if you wanted to but as it does have coverage and SPF, I think it works much better as a daytime product. I have been using this alone and with moisturiser beforehand and I don't really ever need to do that extra step as it is so hydrating on the skin.

It comes in one shade and if you have light to medium skin, I would say that this will probably work for you. When I first applied it to the skin, I was a little worried that it was too dark but it actually adjusts to your skin tone which is incredible so it ended up being the perfect shade. I'm usually a full coverage kind of girl but I do really like this product. As does having correcting properties I have found that I don't actually need a tonne of coverage. I have a lot of acne scarring and discolouration and this made my skin look almost completely flawless! I would say that this has a light coverage and it's extremely comfortable to wear. Even though it is incredibly hydrating, it doesn't look or feel oily on the skin which I love as I have been using this on very hot days and I don't want to end up looking even oilier. It actually brightens the skin a lot. I love that it has SPF and it has been keeping my skin well protected on those hot summer days.

The Youth Lab CC Complete Cream SPF 30 is available at Boots for £22.90 - HERE.
