I haven't actually been watching much on Netflix recently as any free time I've had, I've been reading. But of course, there are a couple of things that I have been enjoying watching and I had to share them. A couple of them are brand new in the last couple of weeks and one is that new that I haven't even finished it yet but I'm already a fan.
Isn't it Romantic?
I was surprised when I found out that this was coming to Netflix but I'm glad it did because I love an excuse not to leave the house. This has a fantastic cast and it's based around a woman who finds herself trapped in a romantic comedy. I can't wait to watch this again soon.
Formula 1: Drive to Survive
I love a documentary series so I knew I would be a fan of this as soon as it dropped. This gives you a behind the scenes look at the 2018 Formula One World Championship and is ten episodes long. I have watched Formula One a few times over the years but I honestly didn't know much about it until I started watching this series.
The Disappearance of Madeline McCann
I can remember watching this on the news and it still baffles me. I haven't completely finished the series yet as it's about eight hours long but it hooked me from the first episode. Because I was so young when it happened, there is a lot of stuff that I didn't know that happened and I do hope that something comes out of this docu-series and can lead to finding out what happened to Madeline.
Jimmy Carr: The Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits
I am obsessed with stand up comedy, I can't get enough of it. This special is unlike anything I have watched before as it's joke after joke after joke with no storytelling. If you are easily offended, give this one a miss. But I was laughing so hard that my face hurt. If you've watched this already, Poor Shane.
Ken Jeong: You Complete Me, Ho
I adored Crazy Rich Asians and I can't get enough of the cast so I've now been watching anything and everything the cast has been in. This is another stand up special that I highly recommend. I didn't actually realise that Ken did stand up until this popped up on Netflix.
