I have been on a massive skincare kick recently and I have been really enjoying trying out new products. Lavera isn't a brand I had tried anything from before but I have been so impressed with these products! They have a great offer on this month too if you want to try something new.
All four of these products are from the Hydro Effect range and they are vegan, not tested on animals and suitable for all skin types. I have been testing these out for a couple of weeks now and while I love them all, I do have a favourite product. The first product from the range is the Cleansing Balm (£13.95). I have been using this in my evening skincare routine and it's been great as a second step cleanse to make sure that all traces of makeup and dirt are removed. It's very gentle on the skin which I like but it's very effective. It leaves my skin looking fresh and I love that it has no harsh chemicals in it.
The second product is the Day Cream (£21.95). This will help to strengthen the skin barrier while protecting against environmental influences while giving your skin a boost of hydration. It isn't heavy on the skin, it doesn't leave you feeling greasy and I really like the scent of this product in particular. My skin has been quite dry in the last couple of months and this has been great to get it back to normal! As I'm in my mid-twenties now, I have started to worry more about my skin so I love that this has an anti-pollution complex and contains anti-oxidants. The other hydrating product in this range is the Hydro Effect Serum (£19.90). I love a good serum and this is been a great addition in my skincare routine. This is a great pre-moisturiser and I mainly use it in my evening skincare routine. It's featherweight on the skin and it has been formulated with hyaluronic acid as well as cooling and soothing aloe vera. Not only does this keep my skin super soft and smooth but it also has been adding a little radiance back into my skin.
I have saved the best for last! The Detox Effect Mask (£16.95) is a brand new favourite of mine. I have been obsessed with face masks so far this year and I can't get enough of this one. This mask will help remove any dirt particles on the skin while deeply cleansing, hydrating and gently removing dead skin cells to provide a youthful effect. I love how many benefits this has for the skin and it does all of those things and more! It has been great for any spots that I have had as well as they almost completely disappear once I have used this. I have been using this once or twice a week and leaving it on the skin for around 20 minutes each time.
