A Pizza My Heart - Teagan Hunter Book Review
Blurb

Most people would probably be embarrassed to land themselves back in their hometown and working at a pizzeria after an ugly divorce.

Not me.

It’s home, and I have one last shot to make Wren Daniels see me as more than just her brother’s best friend.

When the opportunity to show her what’s been right in front of her this whole time presents itself, I take it, holding nothing back this time.

Wren thinks we’re pretending, but there’s nothing fake about the way I feel.

After all, she’s always had…a pizza my heart.

My Review

Teagan writes some of the best rom-coms I have ever read and I can't get enough of her writing style. This book is an addictive read that's sweet with some streaminess that I couldn't put down. I adored Wren and Foster, both characters are super likeable, fun to read about and I can't fault either of them. This book had no twists or hidden angles which I loved as it just wasn't needed for this story.

The first kiss was one of my favourite parts of the book, it was unexpected and had me swooning a little bit! Speaking of swooning, I swear I swooned every few chapters with Foster, where can I get myself a Foster? This book is laugh out loud funny and had me laughing from the beginning, I nearly spat out my water at one point. Wren's best friend was hilarious and unfiltered and my kind of girl. I can't wait to read her story next!

Pizza is one of my favourite things of life so I knew I was going to love the pizza theme and pizza place setting of this book but I liked it even more than I was expecting. If you like friends to lovers books, you'll be a big fan of this book. There is absolutely nothing frustrating about this book like with some books with this trope. Now I need to go and get myself a pizza.
