Festival season is one of my favourite times of the year for makeup. All of the makeup looks are a little more exciting and it always gives me a great excuse to play around and try new things and use brighter colours than I usually would.

With this year's festival season being in full swing, I'm going to share some of my must-have products to stay flawless all day long and a few of my favourite beauty trends.
The glitter makeup trend for festival season is one of my favourite looks this year and one I can never resist. Whether it's glitter on the cheekbones or on the eyes, I can't get enough. I already know that the pink glitter heart around the eye like on Taylor Swift's new Lover album cover will be an upcoming trend too! I love the look of different sized glitter's mixed together and you can coordinate the colour of glitter with the rest of your makeup look. A big trend this year has been neon in beauty as well as fashion. The new Huda Beauty Neon Obsession Palettes are a great place to start with neon makeup and a product that I can wait to experiment with soon. You can create so many different looks with this palettes, I love the look of neon winged liner and having watched a few reviews, they look fantastic and well pigmented.
My must-have products for festivals are always products that are long-wearing. Being at a festival means long days in the sun and I want my makeup to last as long as possible. My go-to foundation is the YSL All Hours Foundation as it is extremely long-wearing and has fantastic coverage while feeling lightweight on the skin. The Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray is always a must, it makes a huge difference to how my makeup wears throughout the day and I can't recommend it enough! My favourite glitter product to use for festivals is also from Urban Decay and it's the Heavy Metal Glitter Liners, they are the best ones I have tried and you can build them up for a more intense sparkle. I will usually go for a bright liquid lipstick for a festival but I always have to have a hydrating lip balm or oil on beforehand and to apply throughout the day. The Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil has been a favourite of mine for a while now.
