I have been a huge Tarte fan for a while now but I hadn't tried any of their skincare. This product has been a great introduction and I can't wait to try out more skincare from the brand soon. If you are looking for a new moisturiser to try, this is the one! 

The Tarte Drink of H2O Hydrating Boost Moisturizer (£33) is a new favourite of mine! Tarte knows how to create the perfect lightweight, hydrating products and this is one of them. This is a daily, vegan, gel moisturiser that will soothe and refreshed parched skin. It is packed with electrolyte-balancing sea salts, contains hyaluronic acid and will infuse the skin with antioxidant-rich marine plant extracts to help fight free radicals and provide pollution defence. It aims to give the skin a healthy glow without weighing it down while hydrating the skin.

This moisturiser truly is incredible stuff. It can be used in your morning and evening skincare routines, I do often use it in both routines but I use this without fail every night in my evening skincare routine. I adore the texture of this and in that six months or so, I have found that I love gel-based moisturisers the most and this one works incredibly well of my skin. This product is lightly fragranced, I am obsessed with the scent and I haven't had any issues with irritations since I started using this regularly. 

I love how cooling this is on the skin, it's great in summertime! For an extra cooling effect, you can keep this in the fridge and it would be fantastic to use on those hot summer nights to refresh the skin further. It absorbs almost instantly into the skin and I love that it isn't greasy. It gives the skin the most gorgeous healthy glow so I do find myself using this in the morning on no makeup days. It's like a drink of water for the skin and it's instantly comforting whenever my skin is feeling uncomfortably dry. It works well as a base for makeup if you do use it in your morning routine and I love that my skin has overall been in a much better condition. It's not only so much more hydrated but it looks much healthier and even. I'll definitely be repurchasing this.
