Milk Makeup Glow Oil Lip & Cheek Tint Review

I am a huge fan of Milk Makeup now that they are stocked in the UK at Cult Beauty and this product had been on my wishlist for a while. I decided to treat myself to this and the KUSH Mascara (review here) over Christmas and I am so glad that I did!

Astro swatched.

The Glow Oil Lip and Cheek Tints have been created to give a subtle sheer glow to lacklustre skin and lips. I have only been using it on the lips but in the summer I will definitely try them on the cheeks. I love that it is in a stick form, it makes it so easy to apply and because it is so small in size, it fits the lips perfectly. You can see just how tiny they are compared to a full-size Blur Stick in the photo above, it's so cute! Even though with it being so small, you get a good amount of product with around 5g in each one which is a good price for £12.

I adore this product! If you are a fan of Milk Makeup and oil-based lip products with a hint of colour, you will love this! It's available in four shades, I have the darkest shade out of the four and I will definitely be getting the other shades soon. These lip and cheek oils have great ingredients in them like rice bran oil but without any parabens, sulphates and silicones.

The shade I have is Astro which is the plum shade. It gives the lips a light wash of colour and I love how it looks! I have quite small lips and I always find bold colours really draw attention to them and I hate that. But with this, it gives the lips colour without making them look smaller! What surprised me with this when I first applied it is that it has some shimmer running through it which gives the lips a gorgeous glow. You can't really see this in the swatches online. As it is an oil, it is hydrating on the lips and it lasts for a few hours before needing to be reapplied. I can't get enough of this product!

Milk Makeup is a cruelty-free brand.
