It's honestly not often that I am disappointed by such a hyped release but it happened and I am very confused by everybody saying nothing but good things about it. But that is the beauty of books, everyone is going to have a different reading experience!
In Five Years - Rebecca Serle
I had seen nothing but glowing reviews of this book and I really didn't like it. I'm not going to tell you the specifics here in case you are wanting to read it but it just wasn't what I was expecting. The story was the complete opposite of what it was pitched to me as and I really did not like the ending.
Meet Me at Midnight - Jessica Pennington
Now this book, I loved! I posted a full review which you can read here, it's spoiler-free! This is such a fun, young adult romance set at the lake with Sidney and Asher. Both teens after about to head off to college and every summer their families spend the summer in neighbouring lake houses and it involves some really funny pranks.
Blitzed - Alexa Martin
This was a reread but I wanted to highlight it again. This is the third book in a sports romances series and I adore it. These books tackle really important issues that are in the NFL and the fourth instalment, Snapped, is one of my most anticipated reads of the year. While they do discuss important issues, they are also extremely fun and swoony.
Insatiable - Melanie Harlow
I have read a few Melanie Harlow books through Kindle Unlimited and this one is from the Cloverleigh Farms series that I really enjoy. This is a friends to lovers romance and I couldn't put it down! I have also read Irresistible from the series (which is book one but you can read them in any order) which I liked too!
