Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Lips Review

I love lip balms and natural lip colours that aren't nude most of the time. And this newbie from Charlotte Tilbury had to be mine as soon as I saw it on Instagram. It reminded me of the Dior Lip Glow in some ways and that is my all-time favourite lip product but I don't purchase it often as the brand isn't cruelty-free. Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Lips ReviewCharlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Lips ReviewCharlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Lips Review The Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Lips is available in two shades, I have the shade Glittergasm. These retail for £22 each and are a limited edition pH-powdered colour-changing lipstick. I have a sparkling pink shade and I can't get enough of it. This lipstick features a hydrating formula that glides onto the lips and will give you a personalised shade. The packaging of these lip products is stunning! It features a purple holographic case and I think I prefer it over the standard Tilbury packaging.

As you apply this, it will shade colour on the lips depending on your natural lip colouring, warmth and pH level of your lips. I always get a rosier version of my natural lip shade which I really like. The bullet itself is a clear washed pink with glitter running through it and it is one of the prettiest lipsticks in my collection, the photo of the bullet doesn't do it justice. And while I call this a lipstick, it is basically a lip balm but being marketed as a lipstick. It looks and feels like a balm on the lips and provides a wash of colour that isn't nearly as bold as the photos on the website appear but I actually like that about it.

It contains a high-shine wax to give the lips a glossy finish that's comfortable throughout the wear and thanks to Vitamin E, it isn't drying on the lips. It doesn't have a thick texture or feel on the lips and you can easily build this up. I always find myself applying more than I would with any other lip product. It also has a lovely light fragrance that you can slightly smell for a while after applying to the lips. It really is similar to the Dior Lip Glow in a lot of ways and this product is a few pounds cheaper than the Dior balms.

If you like your natural lip colour and are obsessed with lip balms like me, then check out this product! It's great to keep in your handbag and as an everyday option when you aren't quite sure what to wear. I have been wearing this a tonne as I love that it's hydrating and gives the lips a healthy colour and shine.
