Christmas Movie Recommendations #2

Happy first day of December! For those of you who wait until December to start getting festive, welcome to the best time of the year! Today I have a few more movie recommendations to share and if you missed the first post in this year's series, you can check that out hereChristmas Movie Recommendations #2Love Hard (Netflix)

"After meeting her perfect match on a dating app, an L.A writer learns she's been catfished when she flies 3,000 miles to surprise him for Christmas"

I really enjoyed this movie but it didn't feel incredibly Christmassy even though it is set at Christmas. Nina was fantastic in this and I thought it was really funny too. I loved Josh for the whole movie and I was rooting for him until the very end.

The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star (Netflix)

"When a priceless Christmas relic is stolen, royal look-alikes Margaret and Stacy turn to the audacious doppelgänger Fiona - and her dashing ex - for help."

These movies are cheesy Christmas fun and I was so excited for this one and it did not disappoint! I didn't find this movie to be cringe-worthy at all really and I honestly could watch a fourth. If you haven't watched these movies yet, now is the perfect time to do so. Vanessa Hudgens has the best job in the world getting to kiss three gorgeous men.

Castle for Christmas (Netflix)

"To escape a scandal, a bestselling author journeys to Scotland, where she falls in love with a castle and faces off with the grumpy duke who owns it."

I love that Netflix have come out with a festive romance movie with older main characters and I loved it! Brooke Shields does not age and I now want to move to a castle. This had some cringey moments but it's a fantastic cheesy Christmas movie and what more do I need than that!

Candy Coated Christmas (Discovery+/Food Network)

"A young woman returns to her mother's hometown of Peppermint Hollow after her plans to launch a business are redialled by circumstance."

This was the networks first holiday movie I believe and I did really enjoy it! It's not quite at Hallmark standards but it's got all of the trimmings you need for a Christmas romance movie. It stars Aaron O'Connell and Molly McCook, Aaron has been in a couple of Hallmark and Lifetime movies so you will probably know who he is! The movie made me want everything peppermint!
