My Go-To Blushes and Highlighters

When it comes to blushes, I typically stick to the same ones for months at a time but with highlighters, I am always changing up which ones I use. I thought I would share the ones I have in my makeup bag at the moment as they are some of my all-time favourites.
My Go-To Blushes and Highlighters
I like blushes that are natural and easy to blend. One of my favourites is the New CID Cosmetics I-Glow Blush in Ice Pop. This is one the perfect blush shade for my complexion and one that works with all of my makeup looks. I have been using this since February and I highly recommend it! Another blush that I have been using a lot lately is the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed. This is a nude-toned blush that is perfect for lighter and fair skin tones. You can see my review and swatches of this blush here. My last favourite blush is actually a palette that it's the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Palette. I love this palette, I know it got a lot of hate when it launched but I still can't get enough of mine. I use all of the shades but I find myself using the blush and highlight the most. The blush is the perfect shade of peach and it's so easy to blend.

I adore highlighters, I just can't stop myself from buying them. The Too Faced Diamond Highlighter is one of the most unique ones I have in my collection. It looks stunning on the cheekbones and the packaging is next level. You can see my full review with swatches here. Another Too Faced highlighter I'm obsessed with is the Love Light Prismatic Highlighter in Blinded By the Light and I have been using it consistently for years now. I love it alone on the cheekbones as well as mixed with other shades. This is the only highlighter I like to use on my nose as it is the most natural-looking one that I own.

If you want a blinding, intense highlighter then look no further than the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Skin Frosts. I have four of these highlighters and I still want more! The pans of these highlighters are massive so you do get a lot of product for your money. I have the shades Ice Cold, Princess Cut, Peach Goddess, and Lavender Snow. I find myself using Princess Cut the most but if I ever have a highlighter that's a little too dark for my skin tone, I will mix a little of Ice Cold with it. Jeffree has a few different formulations of highlighters and I can't wait to try out the Extreme Frosts soon.
