End of Summer 2021 Beauty Favourites

It's been a while since I sat down and wrote a beauty review or anything in-depth for a lot of reasons. But the main one is that I am launching something I think is exciting in October so I have been working on that and I've hinted at what this is on Twitter and Instagram! But for now, I thought I would share the makeup products I have been loving over the last couple of months as I haven't shared anything about them in a while. End of Summer 2021 Beauty FavouritesAs I don't have to wear a mask at work anymore, I have gone back to wearing foundation again and I have been loving two. The first is the L'Oreal True Match Foundation. This is my favourite foundation from the high street, it has great coverage and lasts all day on the skin. I had a wedding to go to at the beginning of August and this help up all day and night long!

The other foundation is the Dior Forever Skin Foundation and if you read my review back in April, you will know I didn't actually like this product all that much. My thoughts have completely changed on this foundation. I love the way it looks on the skin and wears now and I think it's due to the fact I have been applying it with a brush rather than a sponge. It looks more natural than True Match does but they both have great coverage. I have been using Tarte's the buffer brush to apply it and I love it!

Another Dior product I have been loving is the Dior Forever Skin Correct Concealer, I have been using this under the eyes for months now and I cannot fault it and I will be repurchasing it. To set my base, I have gone back to using the Rimmel Insta Fix & Matte Powder and it really is great stuff. I have gone through a few of these and it adds a smoothness to the skin that is similar to an Instagram filter and it helps prolong the wear of my makeup and there isn't much more that I could need out of a powder!

For the eyes, I have a couple of favourites and the first two are from Urban Decay. The When Doves Cry Kajal Eye Pencil from the Prince makeup collaboration, you can see my full review of the collection here. I have been using this eyeliner in my waterline every single day since it arrived and I can't get enough of it. It brightens the eyes while making them appear bigger and it lasts until I remove it at the end of the day! The other Urban Decay favourite is the Ultraviolet Eyeshadow Palette, my review and swatches can be checked out here. This has been my go to eyeshadow palette over the last month and I never would have thought a bold eyeshadow palette would be a favourite of mine.

My final recent favourite is the L'Oreal Lash Paradise mascara. This is one of the best mascaras on the high street and makes the lashes look incredible! It lengthens, thickens without making the lashes clumpy or heavy and doesn't transfer on the skin.

What are your current favourite products? Have you tried any of these?
